Telegram users should be able to choose their show name under Matrix

One user complained when I used this bot because of “privacy concerns” when his user showed up on IRC and I had to ban the ghost user from the IRC room (for some reason he didn't complain about the Matrix room).

The Matrix-IRC bridge allow you to choose your IRC nickname, so should this bridge have a similar feature.
