Release 21Q1

This is our initial release, keep in mind this is a technology preview, so only a minimal set of features work.

What works?

• We now have a themeing system, based on the Fluent Designer JSON format. We will provide more documentation about it soon.
• Background support has been added. So far only static backgrounds and color backgrounds are supported.

Known issues

• Themeing is broken at your first launch, with that in mind, head to %appdata%/Vignette, go to app.ini and change Theme = Default to Theme = default. We will fix this on 21Q2.
• We haven't provided a guide about the UI, to enable the sidebar, press ESC. We'll provide a more detailed tutorial about the UI in the next release.
