I've tried self-hosting SkyBridge on both my own machine and Fly, and in both cases I see some strange timeline behavior. Once authenticated in Ivory, I see my Home timeline and others working fine, pulling in the current timeline. But after a few minutes, refreshing the feed results in many duplicates of the same posts, adding 20-40 duplicate posts at the top of the timeline, basically making the feed unusable.
I have not been able to reproduce this on the hosted skybridge.fly.dev instance, so I'm not sure if there's something fundamentally different about that version, or if I've configured something wrong on my end. But I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced this, and what the mitigations might be.

I'm self hosting on fly.io and I've experienced this in Lists but not on my main timeline. I'm not a big user of Lists so haven't really bothered looking into it though.
