It "works", but in my tests (on 19043 and 19045 - not 19044), I couldn't really get Windows Update to detect new updates. It just sort of quit. I was able to install updates manually but this might not be a tenable solution if you can't do that.
Also, updates for this version of Windows 10 LTSC will stop after 2026 - it's only the previous build that will keep going until 2029.

What happens if you are running 19043 or 19045 and run this script, and then run a enterprise ltsc iso in order to do an implace upgrade to windows 10 enterprise ltsc, would that work or would it error out if you are running 19045.
