Description

I got hit with a bolt of polymorph and turned into a Hopper Centurian. Somehow I lost my spear and then never changed back. Killing me changed me back as normal.

Steps to Reproduce

Get polymorphed into something with a held item (I assume)
Lose it

What you Expected

To turn back after like a minute

What Actually Happened

Permanent change until "death"
