Describe the bug

When clicking on "JavaScript" in the menu, it expands all technologies in the menu. when attempting to scroll within the menu, the entire site scrolls instead of just the menu.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the site.
  2. Click on "JavaScript" in the menu.
  3. Attempt to scroll within the menu.
  4. Notice that instead of scrolling the menu, the entire site scrolls.

Expected behavior

Scrolling within the menu should scroll only the menu itself, not the entire site.
