Since ipython-cypher uses neo4jrestclient it is not compatible with Neo4J >= 4.0. Is that a reasonable assessment?

throws this
NotFoundError: Code [404]: Not Found. Nothing matches the given URI.
Unable get root

I am using neo4j - 4.2.1,

@bucweat I think your assessment is right, ipython-cypher is dead
