Improve documentation to be more explicit on prod and managed-cluster profiles. All of it is based solely on dev and is extremely convoluted when providing linked instructions to resolve the install process.

Thanks, Denny. We are in the process of reviewing, reorganizing, and revising our documentation. I will make sure to address this issue.
