Steps to Reproduce

I am writing to report a visual bug I've encountered on the Vercel dashboard. When I scroll down and refresh the page, the layout appears to break, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Log in to the Vercel dashboard.
Scroll down the page.
Refresh the page while scrolled down.
After performing these steps, the dashboard's top navigation bar overlaps with the page content, causing a display issue.
