Steps to Reproduce

You would need to log in to our website builder, purchase a site, and add a domain. Twice today, after our customers have added domains, they haven't been added on Vercel, but the API says that they're in progress of being set up. After we manually add the domains on the Vercel dashboard, our calls to the API to check domain status are also coming back inaccurate, and still showing them in process even though they're already deployed. Domains currently affected include bashirforlosaltos.com and francesmarquezforsupervisor.com
