Steps to Reproduce

When working in a Turborepo linked with vc link --repo. When doing yarn vercel env pull it doesn't pull all the env but instead ask for which project I want to pull the env, which is not ideal. On top of that, it doesn't pull the env file in the proper directory but instead at the root of the Monorepo, erasing one another.

Also it would be nice to have a way to link this "linked repo" with Shared Environment Variable, which would be populate in a .env at the root.
