Steps to Reproduce

Configure a build with yarn 4.1.0:

• Use Next 14
• Use Node 18
• Set ENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL_COREPACK=1 in environment on vercel
• Set yarn install as the installation command on vercel
• Use the following files/excerpts:

.yarnrc.yml (this file is added by yarn itself to the root folder):

nodeLinker: node-modules
yarnPath: .yarn/releases/yarn-4.1.0.cjs

package.json:

    "dev": "next dev",
    "start": "next start",
    "build": "next build",
  },

This isn't an issue with corepack—it's an issue with the file structure on Vercel.

I got the same issue with the yarn@v3 (To be specific [email protected]). Let us know if any solution is found :)
