query for the metadata for multiome dataset

I recently read your paper and am interested in it, but I only found metadata of the scATAC-seq dataset in this repository and scRNA-seq in HGDA.

Could it be possible that provide the metadata which contains cell type information?

Hi @yuanlizhanshi, thank you for your interest in our paper! Just to make sure I understand your request: would you like to have the cell type information of the nuclei data that were used to confirm the scATAC-seq label transfer-based annotations? If this is what you are looking for, I have added the file in this repository called atac_metadata_with_multiome.csv where you can find the multiome nuclei annotations in the column multiome_celltype. Let us know if this information is sufficient or you need anything else!
