Hello!
I recently came across your research and found it quite intriguing. But when I tried to download and reference your dataset to analyze some interesting problems, I found that the ENA link for samples whose source name starts with “HD_F_GON” were empty and inaccessible, and the sample fastq with "FCA_GND" could be downloaded normally.
I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in case there might be a technical issue or oversight that needs to be addressed. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide an updated link or any alternative means to access the missing dataset.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Dear @yuniny

Thank you for your interest on our data.

Indeed for HD_F_GON* only processed data, not raw counts, are publicly available. This is because of legal requirements.
The raw fastq data is under restricted access under EGA at https://ega-archive.org/datasets/EGAD00001009386

Additionally, the anndata objects with both raw and normalised + log-transformed counts can be downloaded from our website https://www.reproductivecellatlas.org/gonads.html

Hope this helps,

Luz
