mark members as active in cyb, and get a list of all active members!

Would be nice to be able to mark members as 'active', and have a list of all our active members.

If possible we could even extend this feature to include printing of our 'active-members' cards. If we add this printing we should make it possible to select who you want to print, or maybe even a button to only print new actives (people we have not previously printed a card for).

If we're adding the 'active' field we should also add a field for 'card printed', to make the second point easier :-)
