Mailchimp groups are no longer updating

Hi there

I have a drupal website with a civicrm on it and the mailchimp extension to sync civicrm groups to mailchimp smart groups. The client recently let us know that the changes in the civicrm are no longer updates to the mailchimp smart groups.

• on the path /civicrm/mailchimp/settings?reset=1, the API key and security are set up and the test returns fine.
• an example of a non updating group: in screenshots:

• I have updated the extension to the final version (2.0.1)
• I can run the job at civicrm/queue/runner?reset=1&qrid=mc-sync - doesn't output any errors but doesn't need update any contacts

* I can run jobs at civicrm/admin/job?reset=1 but none seem to solve my issue

Anything else I can try to pinpoint the problem?
