Use Cases

Returns the rows that greater than or equal to the from date if the to date is not provided; or less than or equal to the to date if the from date is not provided.

Attempted Solutions

find_enrichment_table_records!("test",
  {
	"surname": "Smith",
	"date_of_birth": {
	  "from": t'1985-01-01T00:00:00Z'
	}
  })

Proposal

I'm currently wrapping it with:

If the from date is not provided, default it to the earliest timestamp. If the to date is not provided, default it to the latest timestamp.

If that is not rust-idiomatic, any other solution works.
