Check if we must start working on an experimental version of the SDK aligned with the changes described in the following Confluence page

Acceptance criteria

produce a confluence page with the differences we must address before this Thor version gets deployed in Testnet.

I think from all the mentioned changes, there are two we should update:

support raw query parameter in the /blocks, we would need to add new parameter (double check)
add Node Health Endpoint, we could possibly add support for this call
