VECHAIN: VET Balance is not showing on SYNC

Logged into my SYNC Live this morning to see that balance showing has been replaced with

Wondering if anyone knows how to change this back to balance showing? Also does not allow for transfer of funds? Please help!

Thanks I am wondering why the issue occurred? I have been on Sync for a year without any problems. I am hesitant to use URL nodes found online? Would this be safe to keep my crypto?
