Sync2 don't show my balance

I can't see my balance on sync2 wallet. When I open the wallet, vet and vtho balance is displayed as ---.
I've imported the wallet in both Pc and mobile, and same issue, if I import the wallet on the old Sync or if I check in the explorer, the balance is there.
Any help? Thanks

Sync2 uses a remote node to load balances, It might be a connection issue, could you open the current node url in your browser to test the connection? To get the current node, see https://docs.vechain.org/sync2/user-guide/settings.html#nodes-management
