feature: area bookings

Feature request: Visualize area bookings for controllers on the already existing map.

Details: Instead of using real world data, provide a site where approved vSOAs can check available, already booked areas or make bookings on their own to display them later on in the ATCISS map as well as displaying a notice on ATIS-AFW page for controllers.

Not sure if this is too much since a seperate site needs to be provided for area bookings/visualisation.
