1. No message can't be scheduled. What you can do is save the notifications and send all the pending notification when user pings you.
   one can develop that scheduling feature. but I am thinking about how we can generalize in bot.json so that non-technical user can also schedule the messages.
2. I'd suggest you to go with ubuntu instead of CENTOS. wbot runs on puppeteer. try running hello world of puppeteer in headless mode in CENTOS if that works then wbot will also work. You might need to add a few packages.
