Based on feedback from Discord ticket and Anna's feedback, Pearl is stuck in the 'Creating account..." screen for hours.

May resolved by #351 assuming the error is due to non-checksummed address breaking safe creation

Re-opened the issue as it happens to new users as well, with the latest version. I am attaching cli.logs from new users with the issue.
