Snow and Rain doesn't show #41
Comments
I am also seeing this but in my case it is related to the use of my AMD Radeon R5 M330 GPU. When using the built-in Intel HD Graphics 520 GPU, rain/snow show as normal. Additionally, this also affects causes the small block rendering (stone, andesite, etc.) and vectors to not display when using the AMD GPU. |
It isn't limited to AMD GPUs, Problems with NVIdea cards where also reported to me.
Additionally I have no Idea what was meant by "small block rendering" or what kind of vectors are missing. |
I use nvidia gpu myself and havent noticed anything so it will be a difficult one to debug what the actual cause is of this happening |
If there is anything I should test for you Im happy to help you out |
Small block rendering: In Config, "Lists", "Smaller Render Box" shows common stone types with a smaller outline. If any items are in this list, the render box does not render. Vectors are the line vectors that appear between rendered blocks showing the order (from Config, "Edits", "vectorShown" setting. |
I have no clue why the weird behaviour is happening atm, i guess you tried with just watson and malilib |
I did, yes. with several Verions of fabric / malilib. |
Rain and snow is invisible whenever the mod is installed (have a look into the attached screenshots)
Minecraft version: 1.20.1
Fabric loader version: fabric-loader-14.21-1.20.1 and up to fabric-loader-14.23-1.20.1
Mod version: watson-fabric-1.15.0+1.20.1
Malilib version: malilib-fabric-1.20.1-0.16.1 and up to malilib-fabric-1.20.1-0.16.3
Single-/Multiplayer, other mods, etc. doesn't matter.
