Merge understat data

Hi, I've found the understat data really useful for expected data, but as there's so many players it's difficult to accumulate, is there a way to make one that merges these and updates each gameweek or one every GW with just that GW data for all players (using ID), I respect it will be quite a big file. Thanks!
