After we confirm that it makes sense to use SMW to link User:Whoever and studies, it would be good to make those linkages display the person's full name.

Essentially, I want to turn [[User:Dfitch]] into [[User:Dfitch|Dan Fitch]]

Alternately, we can have a page [[Dan Fitch]] that knows to redirect to [[User:Dfitch]] which is also auto-populated with content from the CHM website where available.
