Discord/Event Integration Error

Steps to reproduce:

• Create an event, do not send discord message
• Edit the event and check "send discord message"
• Error occurs

When editing an event and having the send discord message checked it will update the original discord message. In this case that message doesn't exist. Tries to edit a message that doesn't exist and errors.

To avoid:

• Check if message exists, if not then send it
