The subset of factors sf(f) "sluggish" or "specific" factors (?) need to have a finite elasticity of transformation. In the GTAPWiNDC data "43.gdx" the sf includes "cap", "lnd", and "res"; but only "lnd" has a finite elasticity. This results in the final check of the model with bilateral state trade "gtapwindc_bilat.gms" failing to converge when we give it iterations.
