Find component that renders calendar from a .ics file
Add calendar tab to nav Adding Navbar Links
Embed calendar component into calendar page. Using Vue components

Found this: https://www.npmjs.com/package/vue-ics
Not sure if it can open an existing calendar file, much less render it.
https://fullcalendar.io/ seems to have the ability to render calendars
