移除 salt 同步

修改或删除的原因 (Reasons of the modification or removal)

自 2024 年 11 月 7 日起，salt 的包基础设施转移至博通：https://saltproject.io/blog/new-salt-bootstrap-release-2024-11-07/。我们没有能够从博通同步的方式。

原始的 S3 同步桶域名 s3.repo.saltproject.io 解析已被删除，无法再使用。

配置方法 (Configuration method)

删除。

修改后的镜像大小 (Mirror size after modification)
