Additional Data in Slack message

Would it be possible to add additional information to the new_ticket message in the slack integration? We need the entire message and custom fields for each new ticket.

I'd love to take this and make the new_ticket message showing the fulltext feedback instead of just titles.

I had a repo used the webhook and forward the response to our own slack channel which might be helpful to you @jclif https://github.com/soleo/peapod-messenger . FYI, be aware that the User Agent in webhook is not the latest user agent for current user.
