"This question would not allow states to determine the appropriate MAGI household size or composition because there are many people who do not file taxes, and some people who are not included on a tax return may be in the same hh. We suggest asking applicants to list everyone in their family who meets specific criteria (see model paper app, Step 2 instructions, page 1). Anyone who is included in that list should be considered for the MAGI hh. "

Temp solution: rephrased question to include "family you live with" though we may want to scrap the model of asking for # of ppl all together. TBD.
