(1) Only need citizenship info for people applying - not everyone in household as it currently states (for Medicaid, double check for SNAP)
(2) They suggest asking for immigration info individually

"Is anyone NOT a U.S. citizen or U.S. national? Check all" (followed by list of applicant names)

(3) Look at the 'model application' to get the full list of eligible immigrant categories
