Mit #2 wurden Überstunden eingeführt.

Damit können wir im Berichte CSV Export ergänzen:

  • SOLL Stunden
  • gemachte Überstunden/Minusstunden

Aktuell werden im CSV Export die einzelnen Zeiteinträge aufgelistet. Da macht es (noch) keinen Sinn.

Wenn SOLL-Stunden / Überstunden exportiert werden können sollen, müssen wir wohl die einzelnen Zeiteinträge zusammenführen. Eine Zeile pro Tag im CSV.

Ich würde mich zusätzlich über ein Start/Stopp feld freuen um auch nachvollziehen zu können wann Arbeitnehmer sich eingetragen haben.
Ebenso CSV wäre eine Auswertung über ein ganzes Jahr (zusätzlich zu Monat und Woche) von Vorteil.

Es könnte auch nochmal ein zweiter Bericht sein, der die Zusammenfassung von tatsächlich geleisteten Stunden, Soll-Stunden und Überstunden/Negative Stunden für einen frei wählbaren Zeitraum exportiert.

Zusätzlich könnten noch folgende Werte relevant sein:

  • Anzahl der Arbeitstage
  • Anzahl der Urlaubstage
  • Summe der erfassten Zeiten (haben wir schon weiter oben genannt)
  • Summe der Überzeiten/Überstunden (haben wir schon weiter oben genannt)
  • Durchschnittliche Arbeitszeit
