Expected behavior

All building loads to include non-zero values for massFlowRateHeating column from the export_time_series_modelica measure.

Actual behavior

Some buildings return 0. For instance, in the example_project.json, buildings 10 & 13 return zero. I wonder if this is related to having a non-zero percentage of the building be building_type: "lodging". I'm surprised by this. Is there a setting I am not paying attention to?
