Reset desktop nav after hamburger onclick and browser window resize

I think the major issue was fixed.
The strange fringe issue is if...
(i) browser is small
(ii) you open the mobile nav, and don't close it or make a selection
(iii) you make the browser large again (this part is fine, it jumps back to the desktop nav)
(iv) you make the browser small again (this is the issue)
