Improvement of PAR Analysis Notebook to include ++ visualisation on disagreement / non-consensus

How can we create a visualisation to capture areas of strength and weakness in the model - and where the PAR validations are making improvements.

To be followed up with a internal Glasgow review meeting of all visualisations produced by the notebook.

Two outstanding tasks are to use the output from the PAR-data-retrieval notebook as input to this notebook (ATM we are using preprocessed data from another notebook) and to highlight incorrect grid cells in the model output map according to the PAR validation data.
