navigation stack running on the B21 #1

The navigation stack parameters need tuning for us on the B2. To do this we should follow the instructions in the Navigation Tuning Guide.

You can copy and modify the files from the Pioneer.

I already have an initial setup from the tutorial, but the B21 drives in a fairly unique way, so tuning it needs to be done with a bit of care.
