Integration with smart accounts / 4337 wallets

I have been looking into ERC 4337, and think it would be very helpful for the Unlock dapp to support integration. This is still a new concept and not many 4337-enabled wallets are out there. That said, it's likely that they will become common in the future.

Was wondering what your thoughts are on this topic.

So far it looks like the way a dapp authenticates signatures is where the main changes will be in a compatible version. But ERC 4337 has many moving parts, so authentication is only one part of how it works as a whole. Here is an Alchemy article which covers what kind of change is needed:
