TACL directory download resume didn't finish downloading last file if previous transfer was interupted

I've ran a ~200 GB download yesterday with TACL, which was interrupted by storage outage on TSD.
Today I resume the download, and it successfully bring all remaining files. However it did not finish the transfer of the file that was in the process of being transfered when TACL was interrupted yesterday.

Deleting partly downloaded file and re-running the download didn't solve the issue.
My workaround was to explicitly re-downloading the file and placing it into correct location.
