MIHTool helps font-end engineer who works on mobile web app to debug his web page.
You may install it on you iOS device with iOS5+. To see the Composited Render Layer Borders just switch the button to ON and restart the app. You may visit your web page as you want with the address bar.
I think you already know what it is all about. If you have no idea about "Composited Render Layer Borders" then there is nothing I can tell.
