Server is not compliant by sending a PEM encoded certificate in endpoints and for secure connections #1348

The released Umati sample server sends a PEM encoded certificate instead of a ASN.1 encoded cert in endpoints and for secure connections. Not sure if this is a configuration issue or the underlying stack, but I guess the former and the stack allows it.

As a result, compliant client SDK which follow the spec can not connect with security.
