would you be using bottom navigaion tab and the nav graph?

@peculiaruc you'll need to set up the bottom nav/nav graph since it's the home page. You can leave the other fragments blank while you focus on the home screen. Please after setting up the bottom nav make a PR so we can merge and work on the other features/fragment simultaneously.
