Create binary packages for various OS's:

  • .deb for Debian and Ubuntu
  • .rpm for Redhat
  • .pkg for Arch
  • Package/Ports for FreeBSD
  • Packages for OSX/Homebrew

Also, look into what is required to get denovogear package into the official repository.

I would also be happy if you could add Bioconda to the list for future releases. It already contain a recipe for the current versin but it would be nice if you could push an update once you have an upcoming release.
