The NTK for a 1 hidden layer neural network trained using EigenPro
This codebase provides an example of using EigenPro (the PyTorch version: https://github.com/EigenPro/EigenPro-pytorch) to solve kernel regression with the NTK for a 1 hidden layer fully connected neural network with biases.
