Some resources may have access permissions set too loosely. If we can list the types of access permissions alongside a resource (such as public/private, or who pays for requests to public resources) may be helpful information.
A worry is that public resource can be 'over-accessed' costing the account owner a lot of money. We could configure public resources such that those who are making the requests are charged usage fees (Wont be part of the report, but potential policy to be implemented).
