RWLT Pinger - Pinger beacon
Device specification

KEY FEATURES

  • Does not require connection - just mechanical fixation on a ROV/AUV/diver/etc.
  • Maximum ease of use and maintenance
  • Automatic turn-on in water
  • Minimum dimensions and weight

DESCRIPTION

Navigational pinger beacon RWLT Pinger of the system RWLT is placed on the positioned object: ROV, AUV, diver or other underwater object and emits a periodic navigation signal, which is received by four floating navigation buoys RWLT GIB, according to the navigation signal, the geographic position of the pinger is determined, the transmission of telemetric information from the pinger combined with navigation allows determining its depth, water temperature and battery voltage. The pinger does not require any pairing with the positioned object; it is enough to simply attach it to the object.
