After we have Annif running smoothly in our local environments, get it running on a server so we have a stable place to test and train.

The EC2 instance will be stopped when we're not actively testing it.

AWS notes: https://teams.microsoft.com/l/message/19:meeting_ZDhjYmYxY2YtYTYxMi00MGViLTgzZTEtMzI1Y2I1YjFiMjUx@thread.v2/1689793752962?context=%7B%22contextType%22%3A%22chat%22%7D

  • Create AWS EC2 instance with docker
  • Install and run the Annif docker image
  • Create IAM accounts Sean, Lisa Thomas (Samantha)
  • Configure AWS to allow GUI access to port 5000
