Activity descriptions not converted #6

Links to uploaded media added to activity descriptions are not converted. They are uploaded to Kaltura but the following log message is displayed:

Successfully uploaded video with entry ID XXXXX for cm instance XXX
Warning: Kaltura video with entry id XXXXX was uploaded but was not added to the text. This video should probably be removed.
