Automate all the package updates and pipelines

This is a really bad bug, we need to automate renovate updates for every package and also ensure every single COPR autobuild is set up. IMO we should prioritize this.

Found a service that provides rpm version info for Fedora that could be useful: https://yum2npm.io/

I started trying to write a renovate rule for kf6-kio but I'm not super familiar with renovate and I'm not sure how I can locally test it. Here is a WIP from my fork: https://github.com/ledif/ublue-os-packages/pull/1/files .

Ok Kyle's got the COPR integration up and running so the autobuilding part works, when something is merged here it'll autobuild. 😄
